We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection and was delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. The hotel's undercover parking was convenient, and the location near the border crossing of Myanmar was perfect for our needs.
Couldn't stay longer.

Ideal place for exploring Mae Sai. Hotel was DELUXE, great value for the area. We liked buffet breakfast which was included. The deluxe queen room was large and very clean.

Located near the border crossing of a neighboring country, this budget hotel offers good value for money. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms, as mentioned in the reviews. the staff are friendly and provide excellent service, including resolving maintenance issues promptly. Though basic, the breakfast is clean and tasty. some rooms offer a view and there is a free carpark available.
The hotel's location in the city might not be very appealing, as noted in the reviews.

Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well-appointed with beautiful decor. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were crisp and clean. Loved the balcony, with its stunning view of the surrounding landscape and the sea. The staff was very friendly, polite and efficient, making our stay a truly memorable one. The hotel's location was perfect for us, with easy access to the town and the beach.
The breakfast was a bit basic, with limited options and uninspiring food. , the pool was a bit small and shallow, but it was clean and refreshing.
